RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note - auction and reduced to clear items are exempt from our return policy, unless found to be faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached.

Note - we refund the actual cost of the item, not either set of postage related to the original purchase or the return.

The buyer is responsible for any postage costs associated with the return. 
The buyer should send items back via a tracked method and provide same to us via email at prettyinpinup.boutique@gmail.com upon posting.

Take a photograph of the packed, labelled post bag as evidence.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a short amount of time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returning 'free post' items. 
If you have purchased during a promotional period and have been offered free post, please note the following - If you wish to return an item purchased during a 'free post promotion', $10 to cover the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we do not receive the item back, we cannot provide you with a refund.
